Savory Chicken Crepes

You’ll love this savory french crepe and surely impress your friends and family! It’s super simple and simply delicious!
Filling:
2-3 large chicken breasts
1 cup chopped celery
2 cups peeled chopped green apple
1 cup chopped onion
6 cups chicken broth
Chop the chicken breasts into chunky squares.
Chop the celery, onion and peeled apples and set aside.
Simmer chicken in 4 cups of broth until tender, then add the celery, onion and continue to simmer with the lid on for 15 minutes.
Add the chopped apple to the  pan then set aside with the lid on the pan.
Crepes:
While the filling is cooking, prepare your crepes – using parchment paper to keep them separated.
I love this recipe!
In a greased or lined 15×10 baking dish, fill each crepe with the chicken filling, without adding excess sauce.
Once all the mixture is wrapped in the crepes, add additional 2 cups of chicken broth to the remaining sauce left in the pan.  Slowly stir in  1/2 cup of flour until it thickens slightly.
Pour the thickened broth over the pan of crepes.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes covered with foil,  then for another 20 minutes uncovered.
